Welcome to noworkerleftbehind.org (the "Site"), operated by No Worker Left Behind Inc. ("NWLB"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes consistent with our mission. You agree not to disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive volumes, or misuse any interactive features.
Content on the Site, including the HAPI Lite readiness check, research publications, and program materials, is provided for general educational purposes. It is not career, legal, financial, or medical advice, and results from self-assessments are directional only. Decisions you make based on Site content are your own responsibility.

NWLB is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 88-3268312). Donations are processed by Givebutter and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Receipts are issued for every donation.
