No Worker Left Behind Inc. ("NWLB", "we", "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 88-3268312). This policy describes how we handle information when you visit noworkerleftbehind.org and its subpages (the "Site").

Information you provide

• Contact information — if you email us or sign up for updates, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Donations — donations are processed by Givebutter, a third-party payment platform. We receive your name, email, and donation amount for receipting; we never see or store your full payment card details.
• Assessments — the HAPI Lite readiness check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share your result.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — like most websites we receive standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and security.
• Advertising measurement — we use Google Ads conversion tracking (Google tag) to understand whether our nonprofit ad grant traffic leads to meaningful actions. Google may set cookies for this purpose.
• Infrastructure — the Site is served through Cloudflare, which processes traffic data to provide security and performance services.

How we use information

• To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our free programs.
• To respond to inquiries and send receipts or updates you request.
• To measure the effectiveness of our outreach, including our Google Ad Grant campaigns.
• To meet legal, tax, and audit obligations that apply to nonprofits.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, or where required by law.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google's advertising cookies, visit Google Ads Settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The Site remains fully usable with cookies disabled.

Third-party services and links

The Site links to partner services (for example work2.org, skillsclinic.org, Givebutter, and course providers). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
