Since 2022, we've connected, equipped, and elevated more than 200,000 workers, veterans, and young professionals — proving that the future of work can include everyone.
And we're just getting started. By 2030, NWLB will reach 500,000. By 2035, 1 million jobs and opportunities.
Reaching more workers isn't enough on its own. We track who we reach, how deeply we help them, and whether the change lasts.
Workers, veterans, youth, and professionals served through our community events, training, and resources since 2022.
Industry-recognized certifications and credentials earned through our Skills Clinic Academy and partner network — at no cost to learners.
90%+ of active members report continued participation in the community 12 months after their first event, mentor connection, or course.
Our three pillars work together — each measured on its own outcomes.
Our impact spans the full spectrum of the workforce.
Mid-career professionals reskilling for AI-augmented roles through events, courses, and mentorship.
Service members translating military experience into civilian careers through Veterans Connect.
Young people building career foundations through our Youth Career Community at youths.club.
Workers connected to hiring employers through job fairs, the job board, and recruiter events.
Companies actively hiring through our community — from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
Nonprofits, NGOs, foundations, and corporate partners co-creating workforce programs at scale.
Numbers tell scale. People tell truth.
I came in looking for a job. I left with three mentors, a new role at a great company, and friends I still talk to two years later.
As a veteran, the Veterans Connect program helped me translate my service experience into terms civilian recruiters actually understood. I landed a role in 90 days.
Thank you for all you are doing for the community. The team helped us through our recruiting and connected us with talented candidates we wouldn't have found otherwise.
The shift to an AI-powered economy is the largest workforce transition of our lifetime. We're making sure it's also the most inclusive — by scaling our community, our Academy, and our policy work to reach every worker who needs us.
Our "People Impacted" number combines unique individuals who attended an NWLB event, joined our community, enrolled in a Skills Clinic course, completed a State of the Worker survey, or participated in Work Congress. Repeat participants are counted once.
Pillar-level metrics (e.g., learners enrolled, mentors active, Work Congress attendees) are subsets of the overall count — a person who took a course and attended Work Congress is counted in both pillar metrics but only once in the headline 200K figure.
All numbers are verified annually through our public Annual Reports. We don't report on geography (countries served) because we count people, not maps.
Programs, accomplishments, and financials — published every year.
Every member, every donor, every partner moves the next worker forward.
