By registering for, attending, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The conference is intended for adult professionals. You must be 16 or older to register.
2. Registration & Account
Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your registration.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other attendees, speakers, sponsors, or staff.
- Record, distribute, or re-broadcast sessions without our prior written consent, except where explicitly permitted.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or malware.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to cancel registrations and remove attendees who violate these rules.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and in sessions — including text, graphics, logos, video, and slides — is owned by No Worker Left Behind, its speakers, or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may share links to the public Site freely. Do not copy or redistribute session content without permission.
5. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service links to third-party services (e.g., the registration platform, sponsor websites, the brochure hosted on cdn.tao.ai). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those services. Review their terms and privacy policies separately.
6. No Investment, Legal, or Medical Advice
Session content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, or employment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Session schedules, speakers, and content are subject to change.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Worker Left Behind, its directors, volunteers, sponsors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the conference is free to attend, our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to USD $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Worker Left Behind and its agents from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
